The Washington DC Chapter jurors were Walter Bartman, Judith Brodie, Nicholas Simmons, and Stephen Bennett Phillips. Jenny's winning painting "Portrait of Tess" went forward to NSAL's national comeptition in Tempe, Arizona, where it took first prize.The jurors for NSAL's National Career Awards were M. Stephen Doherty, American Artist Magazine Editor-in-Chief, artists Robert and Louise McCall, and Dr. Mel Yoakum, Director of the F. Gilot Archives. Koi resources:
